Greenbriar II Of Citrus Hills 1-A

We were visiting the area for 2 weeks in February and did not want to stay at a hotel for that length of time. We found this listing and immediately thought it would be a great place to stay. We were so right! The house is lovely and the neighborhood quiet. Bruce and Donna were great hosts! The house had everything we needed.

I’ve been traveling for a couple of years and this was my favorite stay. I regretted that my contract was shortened because it wasn’t the job – it was the stay! D & B were not just hosts but became friends! The condo has everything for a comfortable stay (short or extended). I was at the pool everyday I wasn’t working. If you’re staying a full contract you get all the clubhouse amenities like golf, nicer big pool (yep, went there too) and exercise room. Located just 15-30 min from anything (took me 15 min to get to the hospital in Inverness to work), Tampa and Clearwater a little over an hour and only a couple of hours from Orlando and Daytona big attractions. Thank you D&J for making this adventure my best!! I sure wish I could have stayed longer! Forever grateful!

Upon opening the door of this beautifully decorated condo we felt right at home! The owners made sure that we had everything we needed and were easy to contact if we had an issue….we didn’t have any issues at all. The pool is in a perfect location. My husband and I can’t wait to go back!

This was a great place to stay while my husband and I looked for a home to purchase in Citrus Hills. The Condo was newly renovated, very well decorated and the kitchen is well supplied with everything you may need! It is also conveniently located to stores and restaurants. Donna and Bruce were very attentive and are wonderful to work with. It was such a pleasant stay!

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this meticulously clean smartly decorated and renovated condo! Every aspect of our stay was meticulously detailed from start to finish! We would definitely recommend this property for anyone interested in this beautiful Area!
